The goal of Anaheim's police officers is to partner with the community and provide quality police service through community interaction, emphasizing the highest degree of cooperation, professionalism and ethical behavior, and to create an atmosphere of safety and security. Our community policing approach helps neighborhoods keep safe by working with our police officers daily. The APA is active in our community and many of our members volunteer in Anaheim and the communities where they live.

The goal of the Anaheim Police Association is to advance the professional, educational, economic and social welfare of its members and to improve the fraternity of its members. The APA is 600 members strong, included in the ranks are:
